Last night's conversation with Justin Sandler was unlike anything I've ever experienced.
In 2017, Justin was in the best shape of his life. Playing in two bands, flag football league with kids half his age, doing the Gold's Gym 12 Week Fitness Challenge, booking national commercials. Everything was perfect.
Then they found a rare germ cell tumor crushing his heart and lung. He had maybe a month or two to live.
Instead of fighting it, he did something radical:
He called his tumor "JT" (short for Justin's Tumor).
And he talked to it with love.
